The IT consultancy company Ductus is entering into a long-term partnership with BC Luleå, one of Sweden’s most successful basketball teams. The partnership is based on a shared view of long-term commitment, teamwork and local development. The agreement covers the next three seasons.

For Ductus, the partnership is about more than basketball. As one of the city’s largest IT consultancy companies, Ductus wants to contribute to a growing and thriving Luleå.
“A strong and attractive Luleå is important to us as an employer. Both so that we can continue to recruit the right talent, and so that our employees want to stay and build their future here,” says Olov Stenberg, Sales Manager at Ductus.
The partnership also means that Ductus will become a partner in Projekt Storebror, BC Luleå’s initiative to create role models and better opportunities for young people in Norrbotten.
“BC Luleå combines sporting success with genuine community engagement. That is closely aligned with our own values and with how we view collaboration, care and long-term commitment. That is why this partnership feels absolutely right for us,” Olov continues.
The partnership agreement runs over three seasons and extends until March 2029. The partnership also creates opportunities for new meetings and collaborations in the region.
