Press release, Skellefteå, February 11, 2025 – IT consulting firm Ductus has, in recent years, focused on strengthening company culture and employee development. Now, the company is taking the next step by appointing Johanna Stenling to the newly established role of Head of People & Culture. This position plays a key role in the company’s strategy to further enhance the employee experience and position Ductus as one of the industry’s most attractive employers.

Johanna has extensive experience in workplace and organizational psychology and has worked on leadership development, corporate culture, and change processes in both the private and public sectors. At Ductus, she will play a central role in shaping company culture, driving leadership development, and enhancing the employee experience—from recruitment to professional growth. She will also focus on employer branding to ensure that Ductus continues to attract and retain top talent.
