Support

Once the solution has been delivered, the critical work of maintaining and running it begins. While most products come with support agreements, the solution is much more than just the individual products. Many operators find it challenging to navigate through multiple vendor support organizations when trying to pinpoint the root cause of an issue. At Ductus, we provide ongoing support for the developed solution and can also integrate the customer’s product support to offer a more comprehensive service.

Ductus offer these services as:

  • Support for our automation stack solution as a subscription, minor enhancements and small features can be added.
    • Deliverables: 2nd and/or 3rd level support team
  • Support Program for the Device Management Automation Platform (DMAP)
